Next Level Endurance Coaching Services cover all endurance sports. Whether you are training for a triathlon, running event, ultra running event, mountain biking, cycling, off-road triathlon, adventure race, we can help. Our coaching staff has or currently competing in all of these categories and bring knowledge from first-hand experiences.


At Next Level Endurance one will find experienced road, and off-road triathletes, who have not only years of experience, but a wealth of knowledge, certifications, and passion for triathlon.  We pride ourselves on connecting with each athlete and making sure we build happy, healthy and fit triathletes.  Whether you are just starting out in the world of off-road triathlon or are looking to improve your off-road skills, we can help.  We have Next Level training programs and one-on-one coaching designed to take you to the next level. We offer training plans to suit your needs and the level of achievement you are working towards.  Training plans fall into three Categories, each has its own benefits and we can help figure out what is right for you.

Next Level Endurance


Next Level General Endurance Plans are a great alternative to Individualized Coaching, they are for goal-driven athletes of all abilities who prefer to be self-coached, or who are on a budget yet still need the insight and expertise of a coach to reach their goals.  Based on when your event is you will receive a 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, or 24-week plan to get you fully prepared to the start line.  There is only monthly communication with your coach to check in to make sure you are still on track.  There are no adjustments made to your training plan, however, you will have access to the FAQ’s to help you be more efficient with your pre-built. Pre-built plans are billed on a 4-week basis, at $80 every 4 weeks.


Next Level Group Specific Endurance Plans are created for a group (minimum of 5) training for the same event.  Training plans can be 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, or 24 weeks long.  These plans offer a great opportunity for a group training from the same Tri club or running group.  Weekly conference calls for the group will be scheduled and recorded with the coach to answer any questions that come in via email over the week.  No adjustments are made to the training plan, however, you will have weekly access to your coach, the weekly support calls, and the FAQ page. Group Training plans are billed per person, on a 4-week basis, at $120 every 4 weeks.

Next Level Individualized Specific Endurance is the most beneficial and is tailored specifically for you, your endurance sport and adventure goals. Each plan is unique to the individual. The modality, frequency, duration, and intensity of the workouts are different for each person. This type of coaching is all about creating a plan that fits into your life that you can consistently perform.  Your individualized training plan is properly periodized to ensure you are doing the correct workouts, at the right time of year. This ensures you will have the appropriate aerobic base, muscular endurance training, threshold training, peak, taper, and rest periods for your goal races/objectives.  You can expect full communication with Custom coaching.  We understand life happens and sometimes adjustments are needed.  We are simply a phone call, text, or email away. A monthly custom-built plan is $300 per month.
